Thai tasting Veggies, Pasta and Salmon




For two persons 

1 red Capsicum chopped, fry with
6 chopped scallions, and add
1 tabelspoon of garlic and ginger, then add
1/2  a fennel, chopped and steamed 
fishsause
turmeric
cumin
thai basil
kaffir lime
ten big prawns
100 gr samphire  chopped( salicornia)
bit of red chilli pepper

Meanwhile, cook water with same kind of herbs or stock
lower heat, add salmon and simmer for 3 minutes
take fish out , wait on plate
add 100 grams pasta and cook till done
sieve and  mix with first recipe, put together in cassarole
put salmon on top and grill till coloured
add a little lime
