Cut red cabbage in very thin slices and marinate for a couple of hours in:
a generous amount of olive oil
little wheat germ oil
balsamico
garlic
few drops of green tabasco
salt
on top: lovage and turmeric, parsley ( for the look and the taste)
Parsley is full of vitamine ( kidney and bladder), lovage is medicinal for kidney too.
Turmeric is anti oxidant and antisepric
Wheat germ oil contains a lot of proteins and vitamines ( good for skin, psoirasis, eczema )
