Salmon Vegetable soup


Stirfry 1 red union, 1/2 red paprika, 1/2 sweet venise (fennel) untill caramalized and tender
Add 100 gr Salicorina and garlic 
Add fish stock, heat till almost cooking point, then lower heat, 
Add one leaf of sweet basil, some kaffir lime,  half tablespoon chile pasta, tom yum paste, 100 gr fresh salmon and cherry tomatoes and some left over rice, or barley.
