Rice and lentils





One onion fried in olive oil.. Add Garlic ,Turmeric, Chilipepper. Add organic brown rice and same amount of green lentils.. Stirfry some minutes. Add two and half to three amounts of water. Cook ten minutes. Simmer 40 minutes.. Add chopped soaked apricots, lemon zest and juice, some tomato paste. Salt, tamari. Fresh grounded pepper...thym.

Serve with roasted almonds ( scared with tamari, lemonjuice , salt and pepper)

Salade with dressing as you like. (Olive oil, Garlic, vinigar, lemon, salt, honey)  avocado, fresh koriander.
